After Church Angel Biscuits
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour (can substitute 1/2 cup whole wheat)
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast (I use a little less)
Process on Dough setting of your bread machine. When dough
is ready, turn on countertop and roll out to 1/2 inch thick
and cut 13 biscuits with rim of glass. Place each biscuit
on buttered cookie sheet and let rise till double in bulk.
Place in middle rack in a cold oven and set at 425 degrees
and bake 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
