Sesame English Muffin Bread
- 1 1/2 pound Ingredients 2 pound
- 1 cup water 1 1/3 cups
- 3 cups bread flour 4 cups
- 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder 1/2 cup
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds 3 tbsp
- 1/8 tsp baking soda 1/8 tsp
- 2 tsp sugar 1 tbsp
- 3/4 tsp salt 1 tsp
- 1 tsp active dry yeast or 1 1/4 tsp
- bread machine yeast

Special Instructions:
Select loaf size. Add the ingredients to the machine according to the
manufacturer's directions. Use basic white bread cycle.
