Sweet Oatmeal Bread
- 1 C Evaporated Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2-1/2 to 2-3/4 C Bread Flour
- 1/2 C Rolled Oats
- 1/4 C Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Yeast
Special Instructions:
Use "Sweet" cycle on your machine, if you have one.
Comments:
This recipe makes a nice-textured, almost cake-like, white
bread and is very tasty.
