Cinnamon Raisin Nut Bread
- Water 1 1/8 cup
- Margerine or butter 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Bread flour 3 cups
- yeast 1 1/2 tsp.
- egg 1 egg

- Raisins 1/2 cup or more to taste
- Nuts(Walnuts or Pecans) 1/2 cup or more to taste
- Cinnamon 2-3 Tablespoons

- Confectioner Sugar 3/4 cup

Special Instructions:
Combine Warm water, salt & sugar, stir with fork, add yeast,stir in yeast. Add margerine, then add egg, stir with fork, add the rest of dry ingredients.
Set machine for dough, at the end of setting time, put dough into a bowl, then add the Rainins, nuts, and cinnamon. Roll dough and keep turning in bowl to mix ingredients.
Greese a 9" round baking pan(or spray with pam) Pat dough into pan, then allow to rise for double in bulk.
Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes, or untill top of bread is very brown.
Cool, after cooling, mix confectioner sugar with water to make a nice glaze, drizzle over the top.

This is a Excellent flavored bread, I like to mix the cinnamon and nuts and raisins by hand, so that the cinnamon will swirl threw the bread.
I have made this for various functions, and everyone loves this one and wants the reciepe
