Pepperoni-Cheese Bread
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons regular active dry yeast

- Mix-ins:
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
Special Instructions:
If you are using bread machine yeast or quick-acting
active dry yeast, use 1 1/4 teaspoons.
Add the pepperoni about 15 minutes after starting the
machine. Many bread machines will sound a beep at the
time you should add ingredients.
Use the basic WHITE cycle.
Comments:
This bread has a bite to it, depending on how spicy the
pepperoni is that you add. It smells wonderful while it
is baking.
