Rokenbok Introduces New Radio Control Building Toys for
Children Ages Five and Up

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 16, 1999--Rokenbok Toy
Company expanded it's award-winning Rokenbok Building
System(TM) including several new toys designed specifically
for younger children (ages five and up) today at the 1999 Toy
Fair in New York City.

The new products include the Radio-Control (RC) Skip
Track Vehicle, Auto Center Building Set, Vehicle Lift, Piston
Plant, and Metropolitan Workers accessories. The new Rokenbok
toys are designed with features to allow younger children to
easily operate remote control functions, and provide for more
imaginary play in their Rokenbok world. The new toys are
compatible with all other Rokenbok vehicles and building
components and will be available in Summer 1999.

"Rokenbok toys are being enjoyed by a much broader age range
of Rokenbokers (customers) than we ever imagined. From
four-year-olds to grandfathers, the letters come in daily.
These customers cherish their Rokenbok collections and are
requesting new vehicles, building sets, and accessories. We
took special care in the design of our 1999 new products to
make some of them especially easy to operate for younger
Rokenbokers. But we also made sure that our new products will
enhance the more complex and sophisticated layouts being
created by older children and adults," said Paul Eichen,
president and chief executive officer of Rokenbok Toy Co.

Piston Plant

Rokenbok's Piston Plant provides hours of action-filled
play. Using any Rokenbok RC vehicle you dump balls into the
plant's overhead silo. Then, every time you drive under the
pump wheel, powerful pistons go to work pumping and pushing
balls through the plant and into the sorting quarry. Designed
to be easily operated by younger Rokenbokers, the Piston Plant
is a great addition for any Rokenbok Building Set. Suggested
retail price is $49.99.

Radio Control Skip Track Vehicle

The RC Skip Track vehicle is Rokenbok's latest addition to
its fleet of radio-controlled vehicles. The RC Skip Track
smoothly scoops and transports balls through the Rokenbok play
world, while a black security cage keeps the Rokenbok driver
securely in command of this tracked vehicle. Easy front-end
loading and unique "bump and go" dumping make this vehicle
ideal for younger children to drive. The giant rear pivoting,
high reach bucket makes it a great addition for any Rokenbok
system. Suggested retail price is $59.99.

Auto Center Building Set

Rokenbok's new Auto Center Building Set is an
action-packed addition to the Rokenbok Metropolitan World. Auto
Center doors swing wide to allow your RC vehicle into the Auto
Center's automatic Vehicle Lift and work area. The Center
includes an office and auto work area with a Rokenbok office
manager and mechanic for imaginary play. Personal computer,
printer/fax, spare tires, workbench, and oil pan are just some
of the great new accessories included in the Auto Center.
Suggested retail price is $79.99.

Vehicle Lift

The new Rokenbok Vehicle Lift uses any RC vehicle's drive
power to raise the vehicle into the air for easy maintenance.
Accessories include a workbench, oil pan, lube pump, spare
tires, and a Rokenbok mechanic for imaginary play. Suggested
retail price is $39.99.

Metropolitan Workers

The new Metropolitan Workers accessory includes a Rokenbok
Metropolitan office worker, mechanic, and driver with computer,
fax/printer, workbench and other additional accessories.
Suggested retail price is $14.99.

All of Rokenbok's new products for 1999 are additions to the
Metropolitan World theme. These new Metropolitan building sets
and accessories deliver new building components for more
sophisticated designs by older children and adults. They are also
especially designed to allow younger children to tap deeper into
imaginative play by providing more figures and accessories. The
new products feature the distinct blue, gray, white and yellow
colors of the Rokenbok Metropolitan theme.

The Rokenbok(TM) System is designed for children five and
older to build large scale, action-filled play worlds in which to
operate interactive Rokenbok(TM) radio controlled vehicles. The
Rokenbok(TM) System is based on the company's proprietary AMD RC
technology (addressable, multi-user, digital radio control) and
patented building system. Rokenbok construction pieces are
compatible with other leading "stud and tube" construction systems
(such as Cobi(TM), Mega Blocks(R) and LEGO(R)). Rokenbok toys are
available in specialty retailers throughout North America and
Europe. For more information call toll free 888/476-5265 in North
