Beth's Shortbread Recipe
- 10 oz Flour
- 1/2 lb butter (2 sticks)
- 2 oz Cornflour (or 2 more oz of flour)
- 4 oz granulated sugar
Mix together in a bowl (it will be dry so squeeze together
with hands). Place on a baking tray, and cook at 375 for half an
hour. Doesn't make much so double it.
